We are part of the Center of Excellence in Environmental Toxicology (CEET) at the University of Pennsylvania
We facilitate bioinformatics analyses of exposome data
We aim to find the causal relationship between environmental molecules and fatal asthma.
We develop and apply cutting-edge methods for gene-environment interaction analysis
We studies on patients with different airway catabolism of specific molecule, see how their clinical features distinguish them from other asthma patients.
Our team integrates and analyzes the geographic distribution of environmental factors
We specialize in the visualization of high-dimensional data
